No cars in Aspen | AspenTimes.com
Thanks, Andi! I always enjoyed your editorials and everything else you shared with the people who really love Aspen. You said it perfectly, as always. Yes we are full! And we all face the consequences. (“Guest Commentary: Aspen and the Five Pound Sack,” Sept. 23, The Aspen Times)
I agree with you and I have one more suggestion to add. As I’ve been saying for years, we have to make Highway 82 toll! Then the money raised would pay for the huge parking spaces we will need for anyone denied access to Aspen! There will have to be some exceptions, such as police officers and firefighters. But that should be clarified at a later date. The important things first! First no cars etc., then toll roads.
